Qualifications:
- University graduate
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service in insurance companies
- Knowledge in claims and Employee Benefits products
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Attentive to details and well organized
- Good command of MS Office including Word and Excel
