IT Support Coordinator (13K)
Responsibilities:  
- Responsible for daily IT operations and support
- Provide IT/ PC support  and training to the end users
- Provide office equipment and peripheral support fake watches
- Handle LAN/WAN connectivity, hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
- Assist in the  development of IT based policies and procedures
- Documentation on system and network infrastructure replique omega

Qualifications:   
- Diploma or above in Information Technology with MCP/ MCSE qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in PC support in sizeable office environment
- Hand on experience on PC hardware/ Software, MS Windows Server 2008, DHCP, DNS, Data Backup and Firewall  
- Experience in managing antivirus solution Kapsersky End Point 8 and VMWare
- Knowledge in Linux server is an advantage replique omega  
- Good spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
