- Conduct AML searches on client names & update the spreadsheets records
- Accounts Due Diligence review & periodic review, etc.
- Meet service standard and deadline
- Handle administrative works including internal mails delivery for the team
- Need to be very hands-on and spend at least half of the day to do the filing / scanning / physically passing the documents to different floors
- Other time will be spent on the name checking via different searching engines on the internet / internal system
- Team person, detail-minded, reliable and do not mind to do the repetitive clerical works
- Coordinate any ad hoc project / task as assigned by Team Leader
