- Managing the manufacturing and monitoring the daily factory matters
- Improvement and contract of above processes in terms of lead time, output and costs
- Plan, formulate and implement operational and organizational policies and procedures in the various department
- Assure efficient and economical utilization of materials and equipment
- Support, develop and coordination of the factory management
- Energize and motivate a group of successful long term local employees
- Enabling positive development of existing and new staff
- Managing people and machinery in a multi-process, multi-product manufacturing environment with culturally diverse Chinese and Expatriate staff
- Keep communication and cooperation closely with Merchandising Department, R&D Department, Mould and QC Department
