Project Sales Manager (40K)
Responsibilities:  
- Work with Developers, Architects, Lighting Designers to generate demand and be responsible for delivering sales budget
- Plan, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to aggressively maximize market coverage and  open up and follow on projects
- Conduct sales and products presentations to prospective clients
- Assist in preparation, administration and documentation of proposals and quotations
- Prepare, analyze and provide monthly sales reports to the Management, highlighting key factors and important projectsstable

Qualifications:   
- Degree holder in Lighting Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering with at least 8 years of working experience in the Architectural lighting industry and possess a good  mix of technical ability, sales and customer interaction skills
- Well versed in the use of computers include PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of Relux or Dialux or AGI or other Lighting Software program will be an added advantage
