- Handle enquiries on Health and Employee Benefits and mainly on claims
- Handle complaints by liaising with service managers
- Prepare statistical reports on enquiry & complaint cases

Qualifications:   
- University graduate
- At least 2 years experience in customer service in insurance companies
- Knowledge in claims on Health and Employee Benefits products
- Proficient in both spoken & written English & Chinese
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Good command of MS Office including Word & Excel
